Making It Sewing WorkshopChildren's Summer Sewing Camps and Classes - Register Now!Summer is around the corner again and Making It Sewing Workshop is gearing up for another great season of sewing! We are again offering two options for sewing; our regular 2-hour classes and a summer sewing camp.Summer Program Classes - Register NowIn our two hour summer classes, students choose from their own selection of six classes. This option is $125 for all six classes. Feel free to select more if your child would like to attend more frequently, classes are $21 each. You do not need to attend the same class at the same time each week. Specify the dates and times you wish to attend on the registration form. Choose carefully, as there are no makeups during the summer.Summer Sewing Camps - Register NowOur summer camps are a great way to enjoy the concentrated sewing time and allow for creativity in our week-long programs. The half-day camps will run from 8am-12pm or from 12:30pm-4:30pm. Programs include two patterns and an individual project planning session. We ask that parents and students come for the project-planning session at least 1 week prior to the start of the camp. * Cancellations for the summer camp must be made two weeks prior to the start date to receive a full refund as a store credit. No refunds will be given after that date.Date/Time options June 22-26 8am-12pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm July 13-17 8am-12pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm August 10-14 8am-12pm or 12:30pm-4:30pm CostChildren's Summer Program: $125 for 6 2-hour classesChildren's 1/2 Day Summer Camps: $175 per week Registration DatesAll new students must pay a one-time, non refundable, registration fee of $20 which will cover all the supplies for their first project. Space is limited and classes are given on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, simply mail in the registration form along with your payment. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the amount due will hold your seat and full payment is due by first class.Students will need their basic sewing supplies for every class. The supplies include: " Scissors " Pins " Seam Ripper " Seam Gauge " Measuring Tape You can purchase a sewing supplies kit for $16 plus tax at Making It.
